Voyager was asked to interpret a dense, engineering-based transit study into a simple and honest narrative about 21st century traffic solutions that the average person could understand, informing their base of knowledge before going to the ballot box. Up against a political Goliath (Sound Transit 3 with millions of dollars for advertising, enormous political clout and influential partners), our highly-focused approach created a powerfully provocative alternative.
